Mary Lowe

Mary Lowe, 78, of Osceola, passed from this life Monday, October 19, 2015 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis.

Born to Gilbert and Ione Blackburn Hannaford, she was a homemaker and enjoyed working in her flower beds, reading her bible, and spending time in prayer. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Osceola.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Lowe; her parents; brother, Blackburn Hannaford and a sister, Florence Pletcher.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Sherian Lewis of Dell; Grandchildren, Kimberly Dawn Hughes of Dell and Mitchel Hughes of Rogers;

Great-grandson, Ayden James Shrum of Lowell;

Sisters, Della Barnes of Blytheville and Homateeka Franchi of Clovis, Calif.

Funeral services will be held, Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 12 p.m. at Cobb Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in Mississippi County Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Osceola. The family will receive friends, Saturday from 11 a.m. till service time at the funeral home. Donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
