Ossie Love

Ossie Lee Love, 72, of Blytheville, passed away September 13, 2015 of a heart attack.

Born to the late Austin Love and Cora Lee Lockart on December 21, 1942 in Joiner, he was a tire repair man and of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Love is preceded in death by brother Roosevelt Love.

He is survived by his wife Shirley Love;

Daughters Sharon Love of Maywood, Ill., Taborie Love, of Maywood, Ill., Gloria Collins, of Chicago, Ill., Lasharme Collins, of Chicago, Ill., and Linda Collins, of Milwakee, Wis.;

Sons Verdell Kimbrough, of Joiner, Victor Kimbrough, of Osceola, Terry Love, of Joiner, Fredrick Lawson, of Chicago, Ill., Lamont Collins, of Chicago, Ill., Dennis Harris, of Champagne, Ill.;

One sister, Essie Wilkerson, of Chicago, Ill.;

Brothers Vernon Love, of Joiner, Jimmy Bowers, of Broadview, Ill., Andrew Bowers, Richton Park, Ill., Earnest Ray Bowers, of Chicago, Ill., Esaw Washington, of Osceola, Leroy Larkhart, of Joiner, Joe Washington, of Joiner, Everett Washington, of Birmingham, Ala., Kevin Love, of Joiner, Jerry Love, of Marion;

A host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors Friday, September 18 from 11a.m. to 12 p.m. at Promise Land C.O.G.I.C. in Osceola. Funeral services will follow visitation at 12 p.m. with Rev. Arthur Townsend Jr. officiating. Burial will be at Rivercrest Gardens in Marie.
