Wanda Sue Bratton Chairs

Ms. Wanda Sue Bratton Chairs, 66, of Blytheville died Saturday, August 15, 2015 in Jonesboro. Born January 15, 1949 to the late Alva Bratton and the late Melba Bratton she was a wonderful nurse for 37 years. Wanda was always helping others, going above and beyond her calling as a caregiver. Wanda has been giving all her life and still giving after her death. She elected to be a Genesis donor with the Medical Education and Research Institute (the MERI) of Memphis, Tenn. She loved quilting and gardening. Wanda was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt.

In addition to her parents, Alva and Melba Bratton, she was also preceded in death by two sisters Betty Uselton and Barbara Ann Bratton and one brother Franklin Bratton.

Ms. Chairs leaves one son, Joe (Pat) Dildine of Moberly, Mo.;

Two daughters, Donna (Francisco) Gentry of Blytheville and Kimberly (Eric) Dildine Hollins of Mo.;

Grandchildren, Sheena (Jeremy) Bricker, Hunter Dildine (Lacie Kirk), Jessica (Tony) Gentry Maupin, Ryan (Ashley) Gentry, Hannah Hollins and Alan Hollins;

Two brothers, William (Judy) Bratton of Little Rock and Leroy (Suzanne) Bratton of Dallas, Texas;

Two sisters, Janie (Clif) Luttrull of Huffman and Nancy (Dennis) Caveney of Gosnell;

Three great-grandchildren, Drake Maupin, Riley and Jillian Bricker, and a host of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, August 29th at Heartland Church of God in Gosnell.
