Mrs. Rosie Lee Woolens, 75, of Blytheville, died Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at Heritage Square Nursing Center in Blytheville. She was born in Ridgley, Tenn., the daughter of the late Wilford Dokes and the late Mrs. Marshall Nunn Dokes. Prior to her relocation to Blytheville, she had lived in Malden, Mo., where she was employed by RidgeView Manor Home.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Mildred; one sister, Pauline and a special friend, Leroy Marshall.

Mrs. Woolens leaves her daughter, Mrs. Cheryl Dargan of Blytheville;

Four sisters, Mrs Mary Reid and Ms. Myrtle Dokes of Ridgley, Tenn., Mrs. Dorothy Matthew of Dallas, Texas, and Ms. Betty Dokes of Benton Harbor, Mich.;

One brother Emerson (Barbara) Dokes of Ridgley, Tenn.;

Two grandchildren, Marquita kemp and Candace Dokes;

Three great-grandchildren, Kyree, Kristopher and Madison;

Nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held at noon, Saturday, August 8th at Holy Temple Church of God in Christ, 716 East McHaney with Elder Henry Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m. until noon, Saturday, August 8th at Holy Temple Church of God in Christ.
