Glenda Faye Spain

Glenda Faye Spain, 70, of Bono, died Monday, May 11, 2015, at her home. Born Jan. 19, 1945, in Dell, she was a retired factory worker and a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Counts and Alma Gilmore Counts; her husband, Carl Spain; six sisters, Estell Vernon, Shirley Wilkey, Vena Haley, Ruby Buchanon, Gertrude Brown and Linda Rinehart; and four brothers, Melvin Counts, Charles Counts, Carl Counts and Billy Wayne Counts.

Mrs. Spain leaves three daughters, Patricia Sluder of Lake City, Angela Brawley of Manila and Lisa Wilkey of Blytheville;

One son, Roger Wilkey of Osceola;

One sister, Mary Wilkey of Osceola;

Seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors from noon-2 p.m. Thursday at Wilson Funeral Home of Osceola. Funeral services, officiated by Bro. Wesley Davis, will begin at 2 p.m. following visitation. Burial will follow at Rivercrest Gardens in Marie.
