Nancy Marie Stallings

Nancy Marie Stallings, age 87, of Manila, passed from this life Monday March 30, 2015, at the Manila Nursing Center. Born in Manila, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Pearly Barnhill Ray and had been an area resident for most of her life. She was the widow of James Earl Stallings and was a longtime member of the Church of God of Prophecy. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Stallings.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sheila and Kevin Metheny of Leachville; a brother, Roy Ray of New Bern, NC; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchidlren.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday April 3, at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila. Burial will follow in Manila Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6-8 at the funeral home.
