Dolores Sharp

Dolores Sharp, 89, of Leachville, widow of Robert Sharp, passed from this life Sunday, Feb. 15, 2015, at her home.

Born in Monette, she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Jewell Goss Metcalf and was a graduate of Leachville High School. She was a lifelong Leachville resident and member of the First Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Christian Still.

She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Robert Sharp Jr. and his wife, Shirley, of Richmond, Kentucky;

One daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Randy Still of Paragould;

Two half-brothers, Charles Forsythe of Washington and

Bob Forsythe of Casa Grande, Arizona;

One half-sister, Billie McFarlin of Heber, Arizona;

Three grandchildren, Matthew Still, Patrick Sharp and Courtney Lawrenz; and

Three great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Leachville with the Rev. David Price officiating. Burial will follow in Leachville Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 10 a.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
