Souper Bowl at local church

First United Methodist Church in Blytheville participated in Souper Bowl of Caring on Sunday, Feb. 1. They collected a total of 173 cans, 34 boxes, seven jars and 62 packages of vegetables, fruit, pasta, rice, soup, diapers and more, as well as an additional $450.25 to purchase even more food and supplies. All donations were given to the Blytheville/Gosnell Area Food Pantry. For more information on Souper Bowl of Caring, visit www.souperbowl.org.
