Betty Jean Fulks

Betty Jean Fulks, 76, of Gosnell, passed from this life on Sunday, Jan. 11, 2015, at Gosnell Healthcare in Gosnell.

Born in Mississippi County, Arkansas, to Robert and Rendie (Douglas) Mullins, she enjoyed singing gospel music and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Jerry and Albert Mullins and Robert Howard; a sister, Wilma Lawrence; and a granddaughter, Amie Fulks.

Betty is survived by her husband of 60 years, Dulin Fulks of Gosnell;

Her children, Dennis Fulks and his wife Tammie of Gosnell, Stan Fulks and his wife Stacy of Gosnell, Steve Fulks and his wife Shelly of Gosnell, Nena Gourlay and her husband David of Avondale, Arizona, Tim Fulks and his wife Kim of Blytheville and Tammy Smith of Gosnell;

A brother, Charles Mullins of Elgin, Illinois;

A sister, Mary Jane Pavilack of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and

Twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Cobb Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Dogwood Cemetery.
