Lewis Daniels
Mr. Lewis Daniels, 52, of Blytheville, died Sunday, Dec. 14, 2014, at his home in Armorel.
Born in Blytheville to Clyde and Pauline Metheny Daniels, he was a Cotton Gin manager. Lewis enjoyed fishing, hunting and the outdoors. He also enjoyed dirt track racing and drag racing at Paragould. He started out working farms and grew into becoming a Cotton Ginner.
Lewis was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Vernon Jacobes, Frankie Jacobes and Clyde Daniels Jr.; a sister, Hazel Fair; and his father-in-law, Loya "Jamup" Cole.
Lewis is survived by his wife of 34 years, Cathy Cole Daniels of the home;
A brother, James Daniels and his wife Tina of Holland, Missouri;
A sister, Georgia Mae Hendricks of Blytheville;
His mother in law, Juanita Cole of Blytheville;
His brothers-in-law, Gary Lonon and his wife Donna of the Huffman community, and Ronnie Cole and Donnie Cole, both of Blytheville;
His sister-in-law, Lisa Brandenburg of St. Louis; and
Many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
A memorial service to honor the life of Lewis will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until service time.
