Richmond Delano Pace
Richmond Delano Pace, 68, of Leachville, passed from this life Dec. 14, 2014, at his home. Born at Paden, Miss., he was the son of the late Harmon and Thelma Barnes Pace and had been a Leachville resident since 1979. He was retired from Milwaukee Tool Company in Blytheville. His favorite past time was running his hunting dogs and sitting in the shade of his favorite trees.
He is survived by his wife, Dianna Shipley Pace of the home; one son, Richmond "Richie" Pace and wife Lorrie of Leachville; three brothers, James Pace of Fayette, Ala., Charles Pace of Booneville, Miss., and Gerald Pace of Tishomingo, Miss.; seven sisters, Sylvia Wilson of Booneville, Miss., Ann Newcomb of Iuka, Miss.; Celeste Casteel of Tishomingo, Miss.; Vera Harber of Tishomingo, Miss., Jean Henry of Tishomingo, Miss., Darlene Johnson of Booneville, Miss., and Rejetta Loveless of Booneville, Miss.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Leachville. Burial will follow in the Leachville Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors Tuesday evening from 6-8 at the funeral home.
