Mr. Curtis Lee Sanders, 68, Luxora, died Sunday, March 23, 2014, at his residence.

Born in Luxora to the late James Bradley Sanders and Claree Sanders, he was a retired truck driver and of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Jesse Sanders; and a brother, Cornelius Sanders.

He leaves behind three daughters, Carolyn Griffin and Regina Sanders, both of Memphis, and Nicole Sanders of Chicago;

Three sons, James Bradley Sanders of Memphis, Matthew Sanders of Luxora and Taylor Sanders of Jonesboro;

Three sisters, Clare Mae Montgomery of Tarpon Springs, Fla., Mae Frances Hale of Largo, Fla. and Willie Mae Lewis of Luxora; and

One brother, Readers Current of Tarpon Springs, Fla.

The family will receive visitors from 9-10 a.m. Saturday, March 29, 2014, at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Osceola. Funeral services will follow at the church with Dr. Moses Black officiating. Burial will follow at Whiteside Memorial Gardens. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge of arrangements.
