Lula Bell Randolph Jones
Mrs. Lula Bell Randolph Jones, 75, of Osceola, died Monday, Feb. 24, 2014, in Osceola.
Born in Osceola to the late Robert Randolph Sr. and Charlie Mae Mahan, she was a retired public school elementary music teacher.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard J. Jones; and two sisters, Charity Randolph Gammon and Willie Sue Randolph.
She leaves behind her step-mother, Arlene Randolph of Osceola;
Two daughters, Shirley Renay Jones of Woodbridge, Va.. and Lillian Jones Hart of Conway;
Five sisters, Denise (and Joe) Guy of Osceola, Marcia (and Melvin) Jacobs of Dallas, Texas, Brenda (and Clinton) Ford of Chicago, Charlene R. Purdy of Falls Church, Va., and Jonnie Mae Randolph of Columbus, Ohio.;
Three brothers, Robert (and Guida) Randolph Jr. of Columbus, Ohio, Leroy (and Necie) Randolph of Little Rock and Derek (and Rena) Randolph of Memphis; and
Three grandchildren, Jarvis Armon Jones of Woodbridge, Va., Joshua Ramon Jones of Norfolk, Va., and Jordan Shirelle Jones of Los Angeles.
The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, 2014, at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 1, 2014, at Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church in Osceola with the Rev. M.L. Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Whiteside Cemetery.
