Incarceration would be cheaper than retirement pay

To the editor:

I read the article about "Barry the Boob" and "Faye the CPA" were found to be stupid and incompetent but not criminally liable by our politically correct but worthless prosecuting attorney. This really bothers me because the money is gone, yet there is nothing in place to ensure we are not waiting for the news of another debacle like this to happen at any time. The current cast of clowns have done nothing to demonstrate they are in office for anything other than their opportunity for self-enrichment. We are still stuck paying retirement pay for our last mistake as mayor and, at the same time, watching him create another mess for the taxpayers to clean up.

While this is a local problem, we all see that Gov Mike Beebe is feathering his retirement plan with a "donation" of $125 million to big ripoff steel in Osceola (if it ever gets past Nucor's objection) which will more than likely provide jobs to Tennessee and Missouri. Our taxes are way too damn high if an elected fool can pretty much unilaterally make a donation of this amount without any recriminations. The Arkansas taxpayer stands to lose a pile of money and ex-Gov. Beebe will be out of office and receiving his payoff. And we the taxpayers will be stuck paying his retirement.

The stupid jerk that we have as president is leading this country into major debt and seems to be going out of his way to accelerate the process. He accused George W. Bush of spending too much money and now he is on a spending spree that makes "W" look like Scrooge. "NOBAMA" has demonstrated his incompetency in so many different areas while proving he is a nothing but a cheap Chicago con man. In my opinion, Obama will be judged by history as being somewhat less qualified and effective than Jimmy Carter. And, we the taxpayers will be stuck paying his retirement.

I am personally sick and tired of seeing these criminal acts being committed without some of the criminals being prosecuted. As a taxpayer, I would rather pay for these people's incarceration instead of their retirement. Plus, this would give their successors motivation to do what is best for the country rather than what is best for them.
