Richard Hendricks Lough Stafford

Richard Hendricks Lough "Cowboy" Stafford, 46, of Manila, died Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, at his home. Born in Alpena, Mich., he was the son of the late Jerry and Mary Lough Stafford. He had been a Florida resident before making his home in Manila where he was employed by Costner Farms.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son, Dakota James Stafford, in 2011.

He is survived by one son, Cody Stafford of Gassville; the mother of his children, Crystal Stafford of Gassville; his stepmother, Belinda Stafford of Wesley Chapel, Fla.; one brother, Steven Stafford; one sister, Crystal Stafford.

A visitation and memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with Bro. Jared Russell officiating.
