Mrs. Helen Lucille Oldham Julian, 93, widow of Herbert Julian and formerly of the Number Nine Community, died early Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced by Cobb Funeral Home of Blytheville.
