Lillie Helen Dixon

Lillie Helen Dixon, 79, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2013. She was born Jan. 1, 1934, at Caraway to the late Jess and Bertha Kelms.

Lillie will be lovingly remembered by her siblings, Marcella Young of Springfield, Mo., Jesse (Charlene) Kelems of Buchanan, Mich.; children, Linda Keith of Highland and Glenn Dixon of Salem; grandchildren, Carmen Evance of Cherokee Village and Tracey (Harlan) Kefalas of Jeffersonton, Vir.; great-grandchildren, Chloe Weir, Lillie Kefalas, Barbara Kefalas, John Kefalas and Isabella Evance; and her great-great-granddaughter, Nyx Weir.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Dixon, Jr.; her parents, Jess Kelems and Bertha Malone Kelems; siblings, James Billy Kelems, Bonnie Shortnacy, Juanita Weathers, Jimmy Kelems and Alene Wahlstrom.

A celebration of her life was held at 2 p.m., Sunday, June 23, at Gregg

Funeral Home in Caraway. Burial followed at Caraway Cemetery. Visitation was from 5-7 p.m. Saturday at Gregg Funeral Home in Caraway.
