Justin Martin

Justin Martin, 18, of Blytheville passed from this life Sunday, June 9, 2013, at his home.

Born in Blytheville to James B. and Kymberly Ann Branscum Martin, he was of the Baptist faith. Justin enjoyed being around his friends and family, texting and playing games on his X-Box. He enjoyed listening to music, rap was his favorite but he often listened to the "oldies." He was an avid college football fan and his favorite teams were the LSU Tigers and the Arkansas Razorbacks. He enjoyed watching "Sons of Anarchy" on TV and he loved his nieces and nephews and was known as "Uncle JuJu" to them.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Kymberly Ann Branscum Martin; his grandmother, Patsy Branscum; a nephew, Nicholas Miller; his uncle, Phil Branscum; and cousins Peggy Jo Gatewood and Beau Branscum Gatewood.

Justin is survived by his father, James B. Martin;

A brother, Ryan Martin;

A sister, Erica Miller, and her husband, Kyle;

His grandparents, Jim and Helen Martin and Charlie Branscum;

His nieces and nephews, Natalie Miller, Shelby Miller, Kendra Miller and Joseph Martin;

Two aunts, Trish Martin and Barbara Martin, all of Blytheville; and

A host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. today in Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Billy Holifield officiating. Burial followed in Elmwood Cemetery. The family receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. An online register may be signed at cobbfuneralhome.com
