Gary Nathaniel Morris

Mr. Gary Nathaniel Morris, 53, of Manila died Sunday, May 19, 2013, at St Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, from injuries received in a motorcycle accident. Born and raised at Manila, he had lived several years in Mountain Home before returning home to Manila in 2008. He was a retired farmer and motorcycle enthusiast.

Gary was preceded in death by his sister, Allene Clark, in 2009.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Rebecca Morris of Salesville, Ark.; his daughter, Christy Morris of Blytheville; four grandchildren, Isaiah Morris, Wyatt Morris, Warren Morris and Kegan Morris; his parents, Orville "Cotton" and Thelma Atkinson Morris of Manila; one brother and sister-in-law, Ronnie and Darlene Morris of Manila; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Sherri French and husband, Jim of Paragould and Juanita Cherry and husband, Bryan of Manila.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with Rev. Ray Dill officiating. Burial will follow in Manila Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors Wednesday evening from 6-8 at the funeral home.
