Carlyn Alene Ullman

Carlyn Alene Ullman, 73, of Blytheville, passed away Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis.

She was born in Red Oak, Okla., on April 10, 1939. Mrs. Ullman loved everything in life -- she loved to write songs, paint, golf and fish, but she loved her family more than anything.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Nellie Booth.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Chester Ullman;

One son, Richard (Kimberly) Ullman of Arizona;

Four daughters, Pam (David) Whitcomb of California, Lisa Jones of Kentucky, Kandi Ullman Setzer (David) of California and April Payne of Blytheville;

Her grandchildren, Jason and Cody Ullman, Jamie Couch, Larissa Allison, Ronnie Jones, Brian Whitcomb, Reanna Jacks, Travis Jones, Vanessa and Donnie Irvine, Janenne Setzer, Audrey Payne and Abigail Payne;

Her sister, Elaine Karolczek; and

Three brothers, Leonard Booth, Junior Booth and J.D. Booth.

Funeral Services will be held at 4:30 p.m. Monday at Carney Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Tommy Carney officiating. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the service begins.
