Mrs. Evie Lee Green, 82, of Gosnell, died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, at Gosnell Healthcare. Born Oct. 18, 1930, in Corinth, Miss., she was a homemaker and a member of Revival Center in Blytheville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert Kennedy and Lottie Price Kennedy; her daughter, Mary Louise Green; her sons, Patrick Michael Green and Adam Lee Green; three sisters, Sue Butler, Shirley Kennedy and Patsy Ann Cash; three grandchildren, Lisa Green, Gregory Gray and Rachel Shoup; four great-grandchildren, William Michael Green, Angel Gray, Destiny Dakota Green and Valarie Thompson; and five brothers, J.T. Butler, Jim Ed Butler, James Isaac Butler, Charles Kennedy and Perry Kennedy.

Mrs. Green leaves her husband, William Douglas Green of Gosnell;

Four daughters, Linda Sue Dyson of Dallas, Clara Bernice (and Donnie) Gray of Armorel, Nancy Viola (and Todd) Brooks of Armorel and Judy J. Green of Gosnell;

Five sons, William Isaac (and Rita) Green of Marmaduke, Herbert Ray Green of Manila, and Hubert Franklin (and Sandy) Green, Terry Eugene Green, and Steve Robert (and Vaneda) Green of Gosnell;

One brother, Elmer Howard Cash of Ft. Walton; and

Twenty-one grandchildren and 49 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. today at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville. Funeral services, officiated by Dr. Charles Wasman, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
