Genevieve Dryer Lyttle

Mrs. Genevieve Dryer Lyttle, 91, passed away Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, at Heritage Square in Blytheville.

She was born on Feb. 11, 1921, to the late Charles Burrow Dryer and Dorothy Cook Dryer in Jonesboro. She lived in Blytheville for 23 years and was formerly of Jonesboro. She was a retired sales clerk for the Causal Corner Store in Jonesboro. She was former member of the Business and Professional Women's organization. She also served as a pink lady at the Blytheville Hospital for many years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Blytheville and was a member of the women's circle at church. Mrs. Lyttle took care of many people during her life time.

She is survived by a son, David Lyttle of Blytheville;

Two daughters, Sally Brune and husband Henry of Russellville and Becky Williams and husband Ron of Blytheville;

Four grandchildren, Joshua Williams, Michael (Jessica) Williams, Sean (Apryl) Lyttle and Erin Lyttle (David) Do;

Two great-granchildren, Braden Williams and Claire Elise Do; and

Many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband William T. (Bill) Lyttle; two brothers, Aldwin D. Dyer and Charles B. Dryer; six sisters; Louise Holt, Christine Garner, Grace Woodward, India Maxine Dryer, Emma Francis Dryer and Jamie Westphal.

A celebration of her life will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the First United Methodist Church in Blytheville, with the Rev. Robin Moore officating.

Burial will follow at 3 p.m. at the Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery under the

direction of Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home of Jonesboro.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time at the church.

Honored to serve as honorary pallbearers are the Pathfinders Sunday School

Class.

The family request lasting memorials be made to the First United Methodist

Church in Blytheville.
