Nolan Faye Brown

Mr. Nolan Faye Brown, 81, of Blytheville, died Dec. 4, 2012 at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville. Born Aug. 6, 1931 in Cherokee County, he was a retired painter and a Pentecostal.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carmack Brown and Ruby Gibson Brown; his sister, Ruby Gail Brown; and four brothers, Paul Brown, Bobby Brown, Hubert Brown and James Brown.

Mr. Brown leaves his wife, Leashea Northrup Brown of Trenton, Tenn.;

Four daughters, Sheila Way of Ballwin, Janice Brown of Chicago, Lisa Ellis of Pocahontas, and Amanda Brown of Trenton;

Three sons, Michael Brown of Kenosha, Roger Brown of Osceola, and Dennis Brown of Chicago;

Four sisters, Nadine Holloway of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Doris Johnson of Chattanooga, Tenn., Betty Gist of Booneville, and Inez Wright of Fort Worth, Texas;

Three brothers, Morris Brown and Jerry Brown of Blytheville, and Billy Brown of Birmingham, Ala.; and

Twelve grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville.
