Mary Cornelius Reid

Mrs. Mary Cornelius Reid, 63, of Luxora, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012, in Jonesboro. Born Dec. 19, 1948, in Marion, she was a homemaker and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Angela Williams Clark; and her son, Jimmie Lee Reid Jr.

Mrs. Reid leaves her husband, Jimmie Reid of Luxora;

Five daughters, Patricia Williams of Kansas City, Penny Williams and Dawn Reid of Jonesboro, Mary Lynn Reid of Turrell and Erin Reid of Luxora;

Two sons, Buddy Hearod of St. Louis and Jonathan Reid of Jonesboro;

One sister, Paulette Hearod of West Memphis;

One brother, Jessie Williams of Beebe; and

Seventeen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

A memorial service, officiated by Doug Wight, will be held Saturday, Dec. 1 at noon at the Kingdom Hall. Arrangements are by Wilson Funeral Home of Osceola.
