Mr. Billy Earl Conley, 55, of Memphis, died Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012, at the Veterans Hospital in Memphis.

He was born in the Blytheville, the son of the late Sonny Young and Mrs. Ora Conley. He was a Blytheville High School graduate and a Vietnam veteran.

He moved from Blytheville to Michigan and then to Memphis.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Cory Crawford; one sister, Shirley; and; his first wife, Cynthia.

His survivors are his step-parents, Harvey and Rochelle Jackson of Blytheville;

His wife, Mrs. Caroline Conley of Memphis;

One son, Quincy Wheeler of Muskegon, Mich.;

Four daughters, Mrs. Secola (and Myron) Crawford of Chicago, Ms. Mishawndra Evans of Memphis, Ms. Latina Parker and Ms. Precious Evans, both of Greenville, S.C.;

Seven brothers, Charles (and Brenda) Jackson, Michael Jackson and Freddie Jackson all of Blytheville, Greg Conley of Dallas, Texas, Terry Patterson of Grand Rapids, Mich., Jimmy Paterson of Las Vegas, Nev., and Harvey D. Jackson Jr. of Homestead, Fla.;

Seven sisters, Ms. Barbara Jackson and Ann (and Willie) Harvey, both of Blytheville, Betty J. Stokes of Grand Rapids, Mich., Ms. Darlene Jackson, Linda Jackson, Stella Jackson and Juanita Jackson all of Homestead, Fla.;

Six grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, 2012, at Prince of Peace Church at 501 E. McHaney in Blytheville with the Rev. Timothy Rogers, pastor. The Rev. Patrick Jackson will officiate. Burial will follow at Sandy Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from Noon until the service begins on Monday. There will also be a visitation from 5-7 Sunday night at the funeral home. Arrangements are made by McDonald-Horne Funeral Home of Blytheville.
