Carrie Jo Jones

Carrie Jo "Josie" Jones, 36, of Manila, passed from this life, Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born in Blytheville, she was a 1993 graduate of Manila High School and had lived most of her life in Manila. She received an associate degree in nursing from Mississippi County Community College and worked as a nurse and office manager in her husband's medical practice in Blytheville.

Survivors include her husband, Dr. Joe V. Jones of the home;

One son, Robert "Robby" Orr III of the home;

Four daughters, Sydney Elixis Wagner, Sarah Elizabeth "Libby" Orr, Lauren June Jones and Abby Remington Brewer, all of the home;

Her parents, Bobby Brewer of Hardy and Dona Brewer of Manila;

One brother, Shane Brewer of Hardy; and

One sister, Haley McCallie of Manila.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with the Rev. Robert Christian officiating. Burial will follow in Manila Cemetery.
