Mr. Steven Todd Williams, of Monette, Ark., departed this life Thursday night, Aug. 30, 2012, in Port Lavaca, Texas, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born Dec. 7, 1959, in Paragould, Ark., the son of Tommy R. Williams and Vela Davison Williams. Todd was a self-employed farmer and loved riding his Harley and traveling.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Joe Wayne Williams.

He is survived by his parents, Tommy and Vela Williams of Cardwell, Mo.; one son, Jeremy Williams of Caraway, Ark.; two daughters, Ashley Williams of Dallas, Texas and Leah Williams of Oxford, Miss.; a stepdaughter, LeeAnn Knierim of Jonesboro, Ark.; his fiancee, Candice Holladay of Paragould, Ark.; Ashley's mother, Kerry Williams of Jonesboro, Ark.; one brother, Rickey Williams of Beech Grove, Ark.; and two sisters, Patty Jackson of Leachville, Ark., and Iretha Holcomb of Paragould, Ark.

Funeral services were 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 3, at the First Baptist Church in Monette with Rev. Rusty Bird and Rev. Steve Farmer officiating.

Brad Hutchison, Robert Butchee, Reed Mitchell, Hunter Miller, Brian Harrell, and Chad Jackson served as pallbearers. Terry Spikes, Colby Holladay, Michael Taylor and Phillip Taylor served as honorary pallbearers.

Interment followed in Greene County Memorial Gardens in Paragould. Gregg Funeral Home of Monette was in charge of arrangements.
