Horse dentist makes a stop in Blytheville
Wednesday, August 1, 2012
Dr. Tom Allen, DVM, brought his traveling dentist office to Susan Langston's Circle L Equine stables this week. Allen, who is one of the leading horse dentists in the mid-south, said that a horse's teeth grow until the horse reaches its twenties. If the teeth aren't properly cared for they can develop ramps, or sharp spots, that can be very painful for the horse. Allen offers a wide variety of services for horses as well as doing speaking engagements. He also wrote The Manual of Equine Dentistry. To learn more visit www.horsedentist.com
