More activities needed for young people

To the editor:

More activities for the young, might lower crime and killing. Blytheville is a small town that needs more youthful positive activities -- an idle mind and boredom is an easy target for the devil to use our youth minds in a negative way.

So keeping them busy in a positive way can change how they feel, think or act toward issues in their lives, along with real family training and values that are positive.

Parents, know your kids and what they are doing.
