Ruby Lowe Moore

Mrs. Ruby Lowe Moore, 93, of Blytheville, died Monday, April 23, 2012, at Heritage Square Nursing Center in Blytheville. Born in Spearsville to Lojah Lowe and Martha Jackson Lowe, she moved to El Dorado with her family as a baby. She was married to Buddy Moore and was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church of El Dorado. In 1952, she moved to Oakland and remained there until she moved to Blytheville in 2005 with her son and daughter-in-law, Cecil and Betty Brown. In 2006, because of her health, she became a resident of Heritage Square Nursing Home. She united with New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.

Her parents and husband preceded her in death.

Mrs. Moore leaves her son and daughter in law, Cecil and Betty Brown of Blytheville;

Her granddaughter, Felicia (and James) Leach;

Her great-granddaughter, Madisson Lee; and

Six great-nieces, three great-nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at New St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, the Rev. Clark Phillips officiating and Pastor. Rev. G. Bernard Steele delivering the eulogy. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. Saturday until the services begin.
