Hazel Jeanette Kelley, 73, of Manila, widow of Birlie "Bud" Kelley, died Friday, April 13, 2012, at the NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. Born at Hattieville, Ark., she was the daughter of the late William P. and Lillie Haynes Russell and had been a Manila resident for most of her life. She was a 1957 graduate of Manila High School, a member of the First Assembly of God, and a retired employee of Manila Public Schools.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters.

Survivors include one daughter, Charlotte Kelley of Manila and one sister, Lila Russell Carpenter of Manila.

Funeral service was 2 p.m. Monday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila. Burial was in Manila Cemetery.

The family received visitors Monday from 12:30 until service time at the funeral home.
