Hazel Jeanette Kelley

Hazel Jeanette Kelley, 73, of Manila, died Friday, April 13, 2012, at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro.

The widow of Birlie "Bud" Kelley, she was born at Hattieville, Ark., to the late William P. and Lillie Haynes Russell and had been a Manila resident for most of her life. She was a 1957 graduate of Manila High School, a member of the First Assembly of God, and a retired employee of Manila Public Schools. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters.

She leaves one daughter, Charlotte Kelley of Manila; and

One sister, Lila Russell Carpenter of Manila.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila. Burial will follow in Manila Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 12:30 until service time Monday from at the funeral home. A guest register is available at www.HowardFuneral Service.com
