Arthur B. Bunch

Arthur Bunch, resident of St. Charles County, Mo., for 48 years, died Dec. 27, 2011. He was 84 years of age. Bunch, born in Manila, Ark., June 7, 1927, served in the United States Army during World War II and the Korean War and the Merchant Marines in the interim. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Free Masons, as well as the Kiwanis.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Bunch; mother, Altha Knott Bunch; mother that raised him, Grace Hicks Bunch; and sisters, Ruth Riggs and Yvettia Bunch.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Imogene Jobe Bunch; daughter and son-in-law, Gail and Joe Smith; grandchildren and spouses, Matt and Stephanie Smith, James and Dawn Smith, David Smith, and Amanda and Jason Morton; and great-grandchildren, Valerie Smith, Katherine Smith, Jessica Smith, Nathaniel Smith, and Lillyanne Smith. Additionally, he is survived by his siblings Helen Woolf, J.R. Bunch, Martha Cary, Minnie Bourland, Carolyn Bill, Jim Bunch, Michael Bunch, Sherry Pratt, and Garry Bunch.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Baue Funeral Home. Interment was at Jefferson Barracks.
