Kenneth Rhea Holmes

Mr. Kenneth Rhea Holmes, 81, died Monday, Oct. 3, 2011, at Pemiscot Memorial Hospital In Hayti, Mo. Born July 1, 1930, in Tyler, Mo., to the late Claude Holmes and the late Tennie Holmes, he was a veteran of the Korean war and former safety consultant.

Mr. Holmes leaves his wife, Peggy Holmes;

Two daughters, Deborah Elaine (Debbie) Daniel and her husband, James, and Hope Rene Fazenbaker and her husband, Brian;

One sister, Helen Sherwood; and

Three grandchildren, Tyler Rhea Daniel, Hollie Elaine Daniel and Mackenzie Ann Fazenbaker.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Oct. 5, at Holly Grove Baptist Church in Cooter, directly following the visitation. Burial followed at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
