Barbara Ann Jones

Ms. Barbara Ann Jones, 75, of Paragould, died Saturday, June 18, 2011, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. Ms. Jones was born on May 16, 1936, in Cadillac, Mich., to the late Woodrow Wilson and Rosanna Augusta Scott. Ms. Jones was one of Jehovah's Witnesses and attended meetings in Paragould, loved to travel, enjoyed shopping for shoes and jewelry, preaching work, and loved her dogs.

Survivors include three sons, Michael W. Jones, Uzziel Steven Jones, and Russell Scott Jones, all of Paragould; one like a daughter, Kim Elizabeth Lee; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Ms. Jones was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Uzziel Shelby Jones.

Memorial services will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Highway 49 North, Paragould at 6 p.m. Saturday, June 25, with Alton Hunt officiating.

The family requests private disposition with Faith Funeral Service of Manila in charge of arrangements.
