Mr. Terry Mack Kirk, 63, of Duluth, Ga. and a former resident of Blytheville, died Saturday, April 2, 2011 at his home in Duluth. Terry was born to Guy Hulon and Alma Olive Dedmon Kirk on Aug. 24, 1947 in the No. 9 Community and raised in the Huffman/Armorel area. Kirk attended the Armorel Baptist Church and was a graduate of Armorel High School.

Following his graduation, he enlisted in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. Kirk served honorably for the next 27 years and retired from the Air Force as a Chief Master Sargent.

Kirk thoroughly enjoyed working on old cars but his passion was the computer. He had a unique talent for knowing his way around and through the workings of programs and games and would often help people on line to repair or find a solution to their problems.

He is survived by his daughter, Kristie Kirk of Finland; brothers, Gary Kirk and his wife Rose of Bigelow, Arkansas and Hulon Kirk and his wife Betty of Murray, Kentucky.

A celebration of his life was held on the evening of April 7, 2011 in his close knit community in Duluth by family, friends and neighbors. Condolences may be emailed to cobbfuneralhome@sbcglobal.net.
