Edward Lee Mullins, Sr. age 61 of Oklahoma City, Okla., died, after a brave battle with cancer, Tuesday, April 26, 2011, at his home. Born August 11, 1949, in Dyess, Ark., he was the son of the late Arther and Frances Frazier Mullins and was of the Pentecostal faith.

He is survived by his wife Lou Mullins of the home; three sons, Steve Mullins and wife Leslie of Tyronza, Ark., Mike Mullins and wife Betty, and Edward Mullins, Jr. all of Dyess, Ark.; seven daughters, Michelle Smith and husband Ronnie of Oklahoma City, Okla., Stacy Mullins, Angela Puckett, Stacy, Marie, Amanda and Cassie; two sisters, Carlotta Tyler and husband Buddy of Lepanto, Ark. and Faye Lawrimore and husband Jim of Marked Tree. He also leaves several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Bartley and James Mullins.

Funeral services will be Friday, April 29, 2011, at 12 p.m. at the Pentecostal Church of God in Etowah, Ark., with Rev. Huey Meherg officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden Point Cemetery in Etowah with Faith Funeral Service of Manila in charge of arrangements. The family will receive visitors Friday morning from 10 until the time of service at the church.
