Pearlie Mae Lambert

Pearlie Mae Lambert, 75, of Marion, formerly of Osceola, died of heart failure Thursday, April 7, 2011, in Jonesboro. Born Feb. 11, 1936, in Hughes, she was a homemaker and a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Rosie Clark McDay; her husband, Louvine Lambert; her daughter, Rosie Lee Jackson; four sons, Billy Lambert, Tony Lambert, Bo Lambert and Willie Mae Jackson Jr.; two sisters, Elsie Dudley and Marion Clark; and two brothers, Henry Clark and Jessie Clark.

Mrs. Lambert leaves four daughters, Dorothy Prude of Chicago, Josephine (and Phillip) Douglas of Sebring, Fla., Barbara Times of Marion and Barbara Love of Covington, Tenn.;

One son, George (and Natasha) Davis of Atlanta;

Two sisters, Rosie Boyce of Green Bay, Wisc., and Willie Mae Williams of Tucson, Ariz.;

Two brothers, George Clark of Osceola and Linburg Clark of Miami; and

Twenty grandchildren and a host of great- and great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. Friday at the Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Funeral services, officiated by Dr. Moses Black, will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Saturday. Burial will follow at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola.
