Mr. Roland Ray "Jimmy" Reinhardt, 88, died in his sleep Friday evening, Jan. 28, 2011, after returning home from having dinner with his children.

Mr. Reinhardt was the husband of Mary Harlan Reinhardt, who preceded him in death November 2001. He was born March 16, 1922, in Gonzales, Texas. His father was Charles Anton Reinhardt, a rail worker, and his mother was Alice Palmer, a homemaker.

After his military service, he went to work in the civil service at the Army Navy Hospital in Hot Springs until 1959 after which he went to work at the Blytheville Air Force Base as a warehouse manager supplying parts for the B-52s stationed there. Mr. Reinhardt retired in 1979.

Roland and Mary moved to Arlington, Texas, in 1999 to be closer to their children and grandchildren and to share and enjoy the autumn years of their lives.

He will be missed, but not forgotten.

He leaves his children, Mary Ann Duggan of Corinth, Texas, and Kenneth Reinhardt of Irving, Texas;

His grandchildren, Ricky Duggan of Denton, Texas, David Duggan of Lewisville, Texas, Robin Storch of Oklahoma City and Theresa Reinhardt of Wylie, Texas; and

Eight great-grandchildren.
