Stella Marie Decker

Mrs. Stella Marie Decker, 81, of Manila, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2011, at the Manila Nursing Center. Born in Beach Grove, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Mamie Harvel Williams and had been a Manila resident for most of her life. She was a member of the Bethany Baptist Church in Manila and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was loved by all.

She leaves her husband of 59 years, Mr. Ray E. Decker of Manila;

One son and daughter-in-law, Jackie and Robin Decker of Leachville;

Two daughters and sons-in-law, Judy Lamb and her husband, Gary, of Monette, and Brenda Bandy and her husband, Rick, of Lake City;

Five brothers, Elsworth Williams, Gaylon Williams, Joe Williams, Mickey Williams and Darrell Williams, all of Sikeston, Mo.;

One sister, Letty Bradshaw, also of Sikeston;

Five grandchildren, Jeff Bandy, Jennifer Shirley and husband, Earnest Jr., Chad Decker, Brandon Decker and wife, Stephanie, and Jeremy Lamb; and

Seven great-grandchildren, Alex Shirley, Mallary Shirley, Aidan Shirley, Lauren Decker, Raegan Decker, Jaxton Decker and Nash Decker.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Howard Funeral Service of Manila.
