Joseph Ted Walker

Mr. Joseph Ted Walker, 88, of Blytheville, died Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011, on I-55 in Crittenden County. Born in Widener, he was a retired factory worker. He was a former member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Lansing, where he served as a deacon. He was a member of Greater Jubilee Missionary Baptist Church in Blytheville, where he also served as a deacon.

Mr. Walker was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

He leaves one sister, Pearlie Mae Moore of Osceola; and

One brother, Rev. Floyd E. Walker Sr. and his wife, Loraine Walker, both of Blytheville, who were his caregivers.

The family will receive visitors at 11 a.m. Saturday at First MB Church in Earle. Funeral services will follow at the church at noon. Burial will follow at Paradise Gardens in Edmonson.
