Discussion gets heated at city budget meeting

A 2 1/2-hour meeting filled with heated discussions was not enough for the Blytheville City Council's Finance Committee to finalize the proposed 2011 budgets for Blytheville Waterworks and Wastewater, Wednesday afternoon.
