Gladys Ann Snow

Gladys Ann Snow, 62, of Leachville, the widow of Jesse Snow, died Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010, at the Monette Manor Nursing Center in Monette. Born at Leachville she was the daughter of the late Ray Leon and Nellie Louise Merritt Stone and had been a resident of Northeast Arkansas most of her life.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, James Stone; and two sisters, Barbara Nell Stone and Linda Staggs.

Survivors include seven brothers, Clarence Stone of McCormick, Ark., Larry Stone of Leachville, Carol Stone of Memphis, Tenn., Tommy Stone of Leachville, Tony Stone of Paragould, Jerry Stone and John Stone, both of Leachville; and three sisters, Naomi Brewer of Jonesboro, Wava Jones of Horseshoe Bend, and Brenda Barger of Leachville; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. (Tuesday) in the Leachville Cemetery with Rev Graig Stull officiating under the direction of Howard Funeral Service of Leachville. The family received visitors from 12:30 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
