Lincoln sticks up for steel industry

WASHINGTON -- U.S. Sen. Blanche Lincoln (D-Ark.) went to bat for local steel workers Wednesday, taking the stand at the International Trade Commission to seek trade relief for Arkansas companies suffering because of dumped and subsidized steel pipe imports from China. The petitioners from Arkansas include Tenaris Hickman and TMK Ipsco.
