Angela Darlene Finley

Angela Darlene Finley, 38, of Leachville, died Thursday, July 9, 2009, at her home. Born at Memphis, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late Frances Boyd Long and had lived most of her life in Jonesboro.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a sister.

Survivors include her husband, Nolen Finley of the home; five sons, James Neer of Cherokee Village, Timothy Neer, Franklin Neer, Quinton Neer, all of Leachville, and Tanner Neer of Jonesboro; a daughter, Joyce Rogers of Leachville; her father, James Ford, Sr., of Okemah, Okla., a brother, James Ford, Jr., of Marked Tree; a sister, Sharon Ford of Leachville; two grandchildren; a special cousin Angela Griffin of Westridge; a special uncle Robert Boyd of Marked Tree; a special aunt, Linda Allred of Gosnell.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Leachville Cemetery under the direction of Howard Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home Thursday from noon until time of service.

The family would like to acknowledge the care given to Angela by friends and family during her illness.
