BIS students take fear out of poetry

Written words, particularly some of the ones children study in their classrooms, aren't normally thought of as "scary" or "intimidating" to a young person, but that is one of the reasons Barrett Travis spent the first part of this week at Blytheville Intermediate School. He wanted to make the students more comfortable and confident with creative writing and expressing themselves through that writing.
