Lady Pirates finish second in District Tournament

Gosnell, led by medalist Anna Claire Smith’s 75 (right), finished second at the 4A-3 District Golf Tournament. Morgan Hatch had an 89 for the Lady Pirates, while Aubrey Hill shot a 95. Ashley Whitney also competed for Gosnell and had a 98. The Lady Pirates team score was 259. Brookland took first place with a team score of 251. The Lady Bearcats were led by Erin Butler’s 82. Dakota Redman had an 83 and Kaitlyn Lloyd fired an 86 for Brookland. Katie Blumreich also competed for the Lady Bearcats and had a score of 99. Wynne also took part and had a team score of 358.
