Blytheville committees meet for first time in 2019

The Blytheville City Council committees had their first meetings for the year on Monday, excluding the Finance and Purchasing committee meeting. Sewer director Garry Carr reported on the street cave-in on Moultrie Street, saying that it could take as long as the spring for the damages to be repaired if the weather is good.
