GOSNELL — The Gosnell School District is putting programs in place that it hopes will improve literacy and subsequently state-mandated test scores. On Monday night, the school board approved a summer reading program and heard a presentation on the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, a literacy effort that Gosnell plans to join.
