Mississippi County Sheriff’s officers and Manila police arrested Michael Tarver, 48, on gun and drug charges, after conducting a search of his 3398 West County Road 378 home, just south of Manila, around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. According to the police report, officers found 20 grams of methamphetamine, a set of digital scales, a glass pipe used for smoking meth, a loaded 12-gauge shotgun, 20 Klonopin pills, 3 Oycodone pills, 10 Xanax pills and ammunition...
